What we collect

When you chat, schedule, or submit our contact form, we receive the information you provide (name, email, message, topic).

When you browse this site, we also collect standard web analytics data—such as pages viewed, referral source, device and browser type, and general location derived from IP address.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, evaluate fit for a professional engagement, and understand how visitors use the site so we can improve content and usability. We do not sell your data.

Analytics and session recording

We use Microsoft services to measure site traffic and diagnose issues:

• Microsoft Clarity — session recordings, heatmaps, and interaction analytics. Clarity may capture how you move through pages (clicks, scrolls, and navigation). Sensitive fields such as passwords and payment details are masked by default. Microsoft Privacy Statement.
• Azure Application Insights — aggregated performance and usage telemetry (page views, load times, and custom events such as form or booking interactions).

These tools use cookies or similar browser storage. You can limit tracking with browser privacy settings, ad blockers, or Do Not Track—though some site features may still log anonymous technical data needed for security and reliability.

Third parties

Scheduling and chat may be processed by Microsoft 365 (Bookings, Teams). Form submissions are delivered to us so we can read them. Analytics data is processed by Microsoft under their terms and privacy policies.
